Protecting Food. Empowering Whistleblowers.

Education & Outreach

Keeping consumers more informed is a critical part of improving the food system. The truth is a powerful tool if the public has access to it. FIC’s education and outreach efforts include providing informational resources and participating in various events to build our community of truth-tellers and food integrity advocates.

Public Resources

In our Public Resources tool, you can find various documents organized by campaign and issue area. Available resources for download include:

  • Whistleblower Affidavits (public statements truth-tellers have submitted to FIC, telling their story in his or her own words)
  • Legal Documents (Amicus Briefs, Complaints, etc.)
  • Whitepapers
  • Whistleblower Tips

FIC also produces campaign videos and other multimedia to help inform the public about whistleblower concerns. Example videos include:

FIC whistleblowers and team members routinely speak at public meetings and give presentations at colleges and universities across the nation. These face-to-face contacts facilitate important dialogues around food issues. If you are interested in arranging an education/outreach program at your school or event, please contact Amanda Hitt:
